  • 1 lb. beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil
  • chili sauce
  • 2 packs tortillas
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • 3 medium onions chopped

Directions

    Cook beef with salt and pepper and add a little into frying pan until done. Add 1 cup of chili sauce, set aside. Cook tortillas in oil until soft. Fill each tortilla with meat then put into shallow baking pan. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
