- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 1 large can sliced olives
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 doz. tortillas
- 1 large can enchilada sauce
Directions

1Cook hamburger.

2Season with salt, pepper, chili powder (optional) and garlic salt.

3In a separate pan, fry tortillas in deep fat; very short time to make tortillas soft and pliable.

4Dip tortillas in sauce.

5Lay tortillas in pan.

6Fill with meat, onions, olives, cheese and sauce.

7Turn over so seam is on the bottom. Continue this step until pan is filled.

8Pour or spoon sauce over top of enchiladas.

9Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 1 dozen.
