- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 2 c. broth
- 20 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Heat oil and then stir in flour.

3Cook 1 minute.

4Add and stir in chili powder.

5Then add broth, tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder and salt.

6Simmer 15 minutes.

7Stir-fry tortillas for 3 to 5 seconds on each side.

8Place enchiladas in a pan and cover with sauce and cheese.

9Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
