- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix (Lawry's)
- 1 can Wolf brand chili (no beans, 19 oz.)
- 1 small jar picante sauce
- 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack/Cheddar cheese
- 1 family pack corn tortillas
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Brown ground beef until crumbly; drain and cool.

2Mix enchilada sauce and tomato sauce and 3 cups water in big saucepan. Blend thoroughly.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cut down heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

5Fry shells and drain on paper towels.

6Roll or stack enchilada.

7Bake about 15 minutes and serve.
