- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. ground round (lean)
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°.

2Mix both cans of sauce in a bowl. Pour a little of the mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan, enough to just coat.

3Reserve remainder.

4In a heavy skillet, brown the meat.

5Add taco seasoning and water per package directions.

6Simmer 10 minutes.
