- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese
- 12 flour tortillas
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Brown and drain beef.

3Stir in 3/4 c. sauce, 1 c. cheese, and veggies.

4Spoon filling onto tortillas and roll.

5Place in 13 x 9 pan, seam side down.

6Spoon remaining sauce and cheese over the top.

7Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
