  • 1 large head nappa cabbage
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cup salt water
  • 1/3 lb smoked sausage

    Heat a deep pan add sausage let cook 3 minutes

    Add cabbage salt water add honey drizzling over the top cover and cook

    To make the salt water add teaspoon of salt to hot water stir till desolved

    Let cook down 20 minutes add vinegar

    Stir well cook covered another 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy
