- 1/2 to 1 chopped onion
- 2 cans chili with no beans
- 1 can enchilada sauce
Directions

1Soften tortillas

2in grease.

3Drain.

4Place cheese and onions on tortilla.

5Roll and place in baking dish or 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat chili and enchilada sauce until blended. Pour over tortillas. Top with rest of cheese (and onion if wanted).

6Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
