- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. frozen corn tortillas, thawed
- 1 can hot enchilada sauce
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- oil
Directions

1Brown beef and salt to taste.

2Mix sauce and tomato juice and heat.

3In skillet, warm 3 tablespoons oil, placing 2 to 3 tortillas at a time, and turn enough to get limp.

4Place in casserole dish and add meat and other ingredients.

5Fold over and pour remaining sauce over them; top with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
