- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
- 1 doz. corn tortilla shells
Directions

1Brown and season hamburger.

2Drain fat and stir in 1/2 cup cheese.

3Set aside.

4In saucepan heat tomato soup, mushroom soup and enchilada sauce.

5Dip corn shell in sauce; fill with meat. Roll and place in baking dish.

6Pour remaining sauce over rolled enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
