  • 1 pkg. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 2 pkg. taco mix
  • 2 lb. hamburg, fried
  • 18 soft corn shells, fried

Directions

    Fry hamburg, drain grease and add taco mix. Put hamburg mixture in a soft corn shells, placing seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour sauce over enchiladas and top with cheeses. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
