  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cans taco sauce
  • 1 can green chillies
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas or taco shells
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped

    Brown hamburger in pan; drain grease.

    Add taco sauce, enchilada sauce, chilies.

    Let simmer.

    Meanwhile, grate cheese and chop onion.

    Fill taco shells with hamburger mixture.

    Save a bit.

    Put taco shells in 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

    Put a bit of hamburger on bottom around shells.

    Add cheese and onion on top. Bake at 425° 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
