  • 10-12 tortillas
  • 1 lbs hamb or ground sausage
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 clove galic, minced
