  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • taco seasoning packet
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • I can refried beans
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese
  • flour tortillas
  • 16 oz. salsa
  • 10 oz. cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook beef.

    Stir in seasoning and water, simmer 5 minutes.

    Stir in rice. Simmer 5 minutes.

    Lay tortillas flat. Spread on 2 Tbsp. of beans, 1/4 c. of beef mixture, 1 Tbsp. cheese.

    Roll up and set in baking pan seam side down.

    Combine salsa and soup, pour over tortillas. Top with remaining cheese.

    Bake 25 mins at 350.
