Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or chuck
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 small can mushroom pieces
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1/2 c. olives, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • black olives
  • 1 1/2 c. cheese
  • 1 to 3 cans tomato sauce
  • 8 to 10 tortilla shells (soft)

Directions

    Prepare meat and taco seasoning as directed on package.

    If using onion, brown in small amount of oil, then add ground beef. Brown and drain.

    Add 1/2 cup cheese (chunks or shredded) and can of tomato soup, plus other chosen ingredients.

    Simmer until cheese is melted and all ingredients are heated.

    Grease cookie sheet or sheet cake pan.

    Put desired amount of meat mixture in shell.

    Roll and place in pan.

    Place open end of shell on pan bottom to prevent unrolling.

    Pour 2 cans of tomato sauce over top; sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Put in oven at 350° until cheese is melted.
