- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. flour shells
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 pkg. enchilada mix
Directions

1Brown hamburger and 1/2 onion; drain.

2Stir in 1/2 package taco seasoning (all for spicier) and 3/4 cup water; simmer.

3In separate pan, put tomato paste, 3 cans water and package of enchilada mix.

4Bring to a boil.

5Dip flour shells in sauce. Place in greased dish and fill center with hamburger, onion and green chilies.

6Roll up and turn seam side down.

7Pour remaining sauce over and add necessary amount of canned sauce to cover.

8Top with mixture of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese (grated).

9Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
