- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or 2 c. Cheddar and 2 c. Mozzarella
- 2 cans chili without beans (can be with beans but better without)
Directions

1Mix cheese(s) and onion.

2Using 3 cups of mixture, fill center of tortillas.

3Roll into cylinders and place seam-side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Spread heated chili over top and sprinkle remaining cheese/onion mixture over top.

5Bake at 350°

6for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
