- 2 lb. extra lean ground meat
- 1/2 tsp. ground comino
- dash of oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 pkg. chili mix
- 1 pkg. enchilada mix
- 1/2 c. oil
- corn tortillas
Directions

1Cook meat.

2Add comino, oregano and garlic powder.

3Add chili mix and enchilada mix.

4Pour warm water over this, about 1 quart. Put oil in skillet with medium heat.

5Place 1 corn tortilla in oil and turn over and take out, just long enough for it to be soft, not cooked.

6Put on plate and repeat with 12 to 15 corn tortillas. Blot with paper towel.
