  • 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1/4 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

    Beat cream cheese until smooth.

    Stir in other ingredients. Spoon into small ovenproof dish sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until bubbly.
