- 8 potatoes, baked
- 4 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pt. cheese spread
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Grate the potatoes into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Over medium heat, cook cheese spread, shredded cheese, butter and whipping cream until cheeses are melted.

3Pour over potatoes.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
