- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 oz.) mild enchilada sauce
- 8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and onion; drain and return to skillet.

2Add tomato soup and enchilada sauce.

3Heat.

4Stir well.

5Add meat sauce mix to each tortilla.

6Sprinkle on some cheese; roll each enchilada up. Place seam-side down in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

7Pour remaining meat mixture over tortillas.

8Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover.

9Sprinkle on remaining cheese.

10Bake 5 minutes.
