- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 34 cup honey
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup chocolate chips
- 12 cup peanut butter chips
- 12 cup dried currant
- cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Coat 8x8 pan in cooking spray.

3Combine honey, canola oil, brown sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl.

4Stir in cinnamon, salt and baking soda.

5Stir in flour and oats.

6Add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and currants.

7Spread mixture into prepared pan.

8Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until top just begins to brown.

9Cool completely on wire rack.

10Cut into 12 squares.

11Wrap individually and store in the refridgerator.
