- 4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 6 tsp. Ener-g-egg
- 4 c. mashed banana
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine flour, wheat germ and baking soda.

3Set aside.

4In blender, combine eggs, banana, honey, water and vanilla.

5Pour over dry ingredients; stir in the walnuts and raisins.

6Mix well.

7Pour into loaf pan.

8Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
