- 1 1/2 c. honey
- 4 Tbsp. carob powder
- 1 c. peeled, grated apple
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt the butter and add the next 5 ingredients.

2Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat and add the rolled oats, nuts and vanilla. Blend well.

3Drop onto oiled cookie sheet or waxed paper.

4Let cool and eat.
