- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 12 cups sesame seeds
- 1 12 cups sunflower seeds
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Stir and mix well the first nine ingredients.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix with hands.

3Pat into 9 X 12 inch greased pan.

4Bake at 300 deg.

5for 20-30 minute.

6Cool and cut into bars.
