Ingredients

  • 12 cup honey, warm
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 12 cups sesame seeds
  • 1 12 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Stir and mix well the first nine ingredients.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix with hands.

    Pat into 9 X 12 inch greased pan.

    Bake at 300 deg.

    for 20-30 minute.

    Cool and cut into bars.
