  • 1/2 Cup soft butter.
  • 1 Cup Dark brown sugar (litely packed).
  • 1 Egg.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 5 or 6 ripe bananas (mashed), OR 1 19.oz. canned peaches,(drained & mashed)
  • 4 Cups uncooked regular oatmeal.
  • 1 Cup rasins, OR 3/4 Cup semi-sweet choc. chips, OR 1 1/4 Cup Fresh blueberries.
  • 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts OR Pecans (Whole or pecies)
