Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. regular rolled oats
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
- 1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. unsweetened wheat germ
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1In large bowl, combine oats, coconut, almonds, sunflower seeds and wheat germ.

2Combine honey and oil; stir into oat mixture. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Cook oat mixture at High for 10 minutes, stirring 3 times.

4Stir in fruits.

5Remove to another pan to cool.

6Stir occasionally during cooling to prevent lumping.

7Store in tightly covered jars or plastic bags.

8Makes 6 cups.
