  • cornmeal
  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray and dust with cornmeal.

    heat until warm- don't boil- the milk, water, splenda, and salt.

    remove from heat and add yeast.

    combine all ingredients.

    divide dough in half and put into loaf pans.

    sprinkle with cornmeal.

    cover and let rise until doubled- about 45 minute bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
