- cornmeal
- 6 cups flour
- 2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups skim milk
- 12 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray and dust with cornmeal.

2heat until warm- don't boil- the milk, water, splenda, and salt.

3remove from heat and add yeast.

4combine all ingredients.

5divide dough in half and put into loaf pans.

6sprinkle with cornmeal.

7cover and let rise until doubled- about 45 minute bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
