- 1/2 lb. margarine (preferably Blue Bonnet)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 bars (4 oz.) Hershey's chocolate, cut into squares
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Melt butter over low heat.

2Add sugar.

3Turn burner up to medium-high.

4Stir constantly.

5Will go through several (3 to 4) consistency changes until light brown and smooth.

6Pour onto cookie sheet and spread out.

7Rub and place squares of chocolate to melt.

8Sprinkle with nuts.

9Let stand in cool room until chocolate settles.

10Break into pieces and serve.
