- 1 c. margarine
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine margarine, sugar, corn syrup and water in a deep 2-quart bowl.

2Microwave, uncovered, on Full power for 4 minutes. Stir.

3Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, stirring the last few minutes. Stir in vanilla.

4Pour onto ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Sprinkle chocolate chips over toffee and spread evenly.

6Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.

7When cool, break into pieces.
