- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, cooked
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding, prepared
- 1 pkg. whipped topping (13 1/2 oz.)
- 1/4 slivered almonds, toasted
Directions

1Bake cake in oblong pan according to directions on box.

2This only uses half the cake (you can find someone baking on the same day and share).

3Break 1/4 of the cake into large pieces and place in a 2-quart serving bowl.

4Pour half the thawed strawberries over the cake.

5Spread with half of prepared pudding.

6Repeat layers. Chill at least 8 hours.

7Right before serving, spread whipped topping on top and sprinkle with almonds.

8Spoon into dessert dishes to serve.
