English Walnut Broccoli

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. English walnuts
  • 1 c. herb stuffing mix

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain.

    Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Melt butter; blend in flour and chicken bouillon. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Sprinkle broken English walnuts over broccoli.

    Pour thickened sauce over all.

    Sprinkle herbed dressing over casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
