- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can Carnation milk
- 1 can water
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 baked pie crusts
Directions

1Mix sugar and cornstarch together.

2Add milk, water, egg yolks and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Cook these ingredients until thickened, then add coconut.

5Pour mixture into 2 baked pie crusts.

6Put meringue on top and brown in 400° oven.
