Ingredients

  • 2 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen kernel corn
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/2 pt. homogenized milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • pinch of white or cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except last 2 and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.

    Blend butter with flour (I melt in microwave) and add to corn.

    Mix well and remove from heat.
