- 1 small head cabbage
- salt to taste
- 1 pkg. rolled crackers
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- milk
- cheese
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Shred cabbage coarser than for kraut.

2Put in a saucepan; add salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook cabbage until tender.

4Add rolled crackers and oleo to drained cabbage.

5Add 1 tablespoon sugar. Pour mixture into baking dish; add milk to cabbage mixture.

6Dot with cheese on top.

7Bake in a 400° oven for about 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
