- 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. oleo or butter, melted
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. coarsely crushed soda crackers
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Beat eggs slightly in large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs.

3Pour into ungreased square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.

4Sprinkle crackers evenly over top.

5Bake, uncovered, until set and golden brown, about 45 minutes.
