  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs (reserve 1 Tbsp. for topping)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour into medium size casserole dish.
