  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese

    Pour egg into a 6-cup buttered casserole.

    Heat corn and milk; gradually stir into beaten egg.

    Add salt, breadcrumbs and cheese; mix thoroughly.
