- 1 (20 oz.) can tidbit pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 4 c. French bread, broken into pieces
- 3 large eggs, whipped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted (not margarine)
Directions

1Put pineapple into a baking dish.

2Pat bread pieces over pineapple.

3Mix eggs, sugar and butter; beat until light and fluffy.

4Add 1/2 the pineapple juice to the egg mixture.

5Pour over top of bread pieces.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Serve hot or cold.
