  • 2 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)

Directions

    In greased 2-quart casserole, place potatoes, green peppers and onions.

    Use as much cheese as you prefer.

    Add remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.

    Bake at 350°, covered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
