- 2 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
Directions

1In greased 2-quart casserole, place potatoes, green peppers and onions.

2Use as much cheese as you prefer.

3Add remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.

4Bake at 350°, covered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

5Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
