  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1/3 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 lb. dates, chopped
  • 4 c. pecans

    Combine sugar, cream, syrup and butter in saucepan.

    Boil until it reaches 238° or until it forms soft ball when dropped in cold water.
