- 8 oz. each fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
- salt
Directions

1Melt butter. Add flour and cook on medium 2 minutes.

2Remove and stir in milk. Cook until thick.

3Add cheese and stir. Add salt to taste.

4Combine vegetables and sauce.

5Bake at 350° until cheese bubbles.
