- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 1/2 lb Land o lakes hot pepper cheese
- 1/4 cup frozen thawed spinach
- 1 1/2 cup milk
Directions

1Chop onion and tomatoes.

2Remove all the liquid from spinach.

3cut cheese up into smaller pieces to make melting easier.

4Heat milk add cheese and atir comstantly

5when completely melted, fold onions, tomatoes, and spinach into melted cheese and serve wth tostitoes chips.
