Espinacha Cheese Dip

  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 lb Land o lakes hot pepper cheese
  • 1/4 cup frozen thawed spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

Directions

    Chop onion and tomatoes.

    Remove all the liquid from spinach.

    cut cheese up into smaller pieces to make melting easier.

    Heat milk add cheese and atir comstantly
  5. 5
    when completely melted, fold onions, tomatoes, and spinach into melted cheese and serve wth tostitoes chips.

    Best if kept warm with a tea light or warmer.
