- cube steak
- hot German mustard
- thin sliced ham
- dill pickles, quartered
Directions

1Roll steaks real thin.

2Spread a thin layer of mustard on them. Add a slice of ham and 1 quarter dill pickle.

3Roll each steak and fasten with toothpick.

4Dredge in seasoned flour.

5Brown in small amount of hot oil.

6Place single layer of steak rolls in baking pan.

7Put some of seasoned flour in oil and make a thin water gravy.

8Pour over steaks, enough to cover.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
