  • 2 c. water
  • 9 sq. sweet chocolate (half a 4 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 (3-inch) piece stick cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. instant Espresso
  • 1/2 c. cream for whipping
  • ground cinnamon

Directions

    Combine water, chocolate, cinnamon stick and sugar in saucepan.

    Heat slowly, stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Stir in coffee until dissolved.

    Discard cinnamon stick.
