  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3 c. diced, raw apples
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Cream well.

    Add dry ingredients and mix well.

    Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Pour into greased tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
