  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp or 1 pt. oysters or 8 oz. crabmeat
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 2 cans chicken broth

Directions

    Saute vegetables in butter; add seafood and cook a few minutes.
