  • 2 large onions
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Warm oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and mustard over heat until dissolved.

    Cool and pour cabbage mixture.

    Makes a large amount, especially nice for large dinner party.
