  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 pkg. noodles
  • 1/2 box crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 cans chicken noodle soup

Directions

    Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper together in heavy skillet.

    Cook noodles, then add to meat mixture.

    Add 1 can cream-style corn and 2 cans of chicken noodle soup.

    Simmer together for 15 minutes.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Top with cracker and melted butter combination.

    Casserole can be frozen at this point.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
