- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 pkg. noodles
- 1/2 box crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 cans chicken noodle soup
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper together in heavy skillet.

2Cook noodles, then add to meat mixture.

3Add 1 can cream-style corn and 2 cans of chicken noodle soup.

4Simmer together for 15 minutes.

5Put in casserole dish.

6Top with cracker and melted butter combination.

7Casserole can be frozen at this point.

8Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
