- 4 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 lb. dates, chopped
- 1 lb. candied pineapple, cut up
- 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 3 1/2 c. chopped English walnuts
- 1 lb. candied cherries, cut up
- 8 oz. shredded coconut
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, but reserve a few cherries for decoration.

2Turn into a greased and floured pan.

3Bake at 225° for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

4Cake is done when no milk oozes out when pressed with fingers.

5Decorate with cherries.

6Let cool. Store in refrigerator or freezer for about a month.
